The crunch on those three thin layers is spot-on, and the vanilla cream is thick enough that I don’t feel like I’m eating air. Kept a box in my desk for a week and still had to ration myself to make it last—only 1g of sugar per wafer makes that easier to justify.
I was skeptical about a low-sugar wafer actually tasting good, but these nailed it—the triple-layer crunch with the creamy center is spot on. Having 16 individually wrapped packs makes it easy to grab one for a snack without blowing my carb count for the day.
I’ve been hunting for a low-sugar snack that doesn’t taste like cardboard, and these wafers actually hit the spot—the vanilla filling is creamy and the three thin layers stay crunchy. At just 1g of sugar per pack, I can grab one with my afternoon coffee without the post-lunch crash. The 16-count box
