Ella C. ★★★★★

The fiber content is honestly the reason I grabbed these, but the texture won me over—those two lemon cream layers make it feel way more indulgent than a 1g sugar snack should. Box of 16 is perfect for stashing in my desk drawer for that afternoon craving.

Three wafers with that thick lemon cream in between feel way more indulgent than 1g of sugar should allow. I’ve been grabbing one after dinner and the portion control actually keeps me from plowing through the whole box. Great crunch, and the fiber count is a nice bonus I didn’t expect.

The lemon cream really holds its own between those thin wafers, and with only 1g of sugar per serving, I don't feel guilty munching through a couple. The 16-count box is perfect for tossing in my bag for a mid-afternoon snack without the sugar crash.
