The bourbon vanilla really comes through—it tastes like a proper dessert, not a diet compromise. I’ve had one after dinner every night this week and the 4g of sugar per serving keeps my sweet tooth quiet without the crash. The individual wrappers make it easy to grab one for my desk at work.

I was a little skeptical a keto cookie could taste this good, but the rich cocoa hits hard and that bourbon vanilla finish is a pleasant surprise. At 120 calories a pop, it's my new afternoon fix with coffee.

The individual wrapping makes these dangerously easy to toss in my bag for a 3pm sugar craving, and they actually hold up as a decent cookie—fudgy, not dry, with that cocoa kick. At 120 calories and 4g of sugar, I don't feel like I'm cheating when I eat two.
