I wasn’t expecting them to be this crispy on the outside yet chewy inside, and the individually wrapped packs make it way too easy to grab one for the road. Even my non-gluten-free friends kept asking for another, which says a lot.
Individually wrapped means I can toss one in my bag for a mid-afternoon snack without it turning into a crumb mess. The crisp-chewy texture contrast with that caramel center is exactly what I hoped for, and the fact it’s high in fiber is a bonus I didn’t expect to notice.
The caramel inside is perfectly gooey while the outside stays crispy and chewy at the same time. I grabbed one for an afternoon snack and honestly couldn't tell it was gluten free at all. These are my new desk drawer staple.
