These are my new desk-drawer emergency snack. The snickerdoodle filling is spot-on and the crunch gives way to that chewy center exactly like the description says, and I don't feel sluggish after eating one like I do with regular cookies. Three grams of sugar per packet is a win in my book.

I was skeptical a low-sugar cookie could still taste like a real snickerdoodle, but the cinnamon comes through perfectly and the texture is just the right mix of crispy edges and chewy center. The 3g of sugar per pack means I can grab one with my afternoon coffee without the sugar crash afterwards.

The individually wrapped packs are perfect for tossing in my bag for a mid-afternoon snack, and I'm honestly shocked at how chewy they stay despite being low sugar. Three grams per cookie actually feels like a treat, not a compromise.
