I’ve been hunting for a low-sugar snack that doesn’t taste like cardboard, and these wafers actually fool me—the strawberry cream is thick and sweet enough that I keep checking the label. These things are dangerously easy to eat in one sitting, but the portioned box actually helps me stop at two. With only 1g of sugar, they satisfy my sweet tooth without the crash, and the triple-layer crunch is spot on.

The strawberry cream is genuinely thick between those crispy layers, not just a hint of flavor. I've been grabbing one after dinner and the 1g sugar keeps me from feeling guilty about it.
