The caramel filling is gooey without being sickly sweet, which is rare for a snack like this. I ate one after lunch and actually felt full for a couple hours, so the fiber content isn’t just a label trick.
The individually wrapped packs make these perfect for tossing in my bag before work, and the crispy-chewy texture holds up surprisingly well. With only 3g of sugar, they actually satisfy my sweet tooth without the afternoon crash. I’ve already reordered twice.
The caramel filling is just the right amount of sweet without being overpowering, and that crispy-chewy texture combo is spot on. I've been grabbing one after lunch as a little treat and it actually keeps me full longer than a regular cookie.
